A RESOLUTION adopting Statements of Legislative Intent for the 2018 Adopted Budget and 2018-2023 Adopted Capital Improvement Program.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Seattle reviewed the 2018 Proposed Budget and 2018-2023 Proposed Capital Improvement Program (CIP); and
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted a budget and CIP for 2018 through Ordinance 125475; and
WHEREAS, in order to indicate the intent of the City Council in adopting the 2018 Budget and 2018-2023 CIP, the Council adopted the attached Statements of Legislative Intent (SLIs); and
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted and filed Clerk File 314384, which contains preliminary versions of SLIs for the 2018 Adopted Budget and the 2018-2023 Adopted CIP; and
WHEREAS, Clerk File 314384 states that in the case of a conflict between the version of a SLI in the Clerk File and the version adopted in this resolution, the latter controls; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEATTLE, THE MAYOR CONCURRING, THAT:
Section 1. The Council adopts the Statements of Legislative Intent for the 2018 Adopted Budget and the 2018-2023 Adopted Capital Improvement Program, contained in Attachment A (2018 Statements of Legislative Intent by Council Committee) to this resolution.
