BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF SEATTLE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor or the Mayor’s designee, the Superintendent of Parks and Recreation, the Director of the Human Services Department, the Chief Technology Officer, the Fire Chief, and the Chief of Police are authorized to accept the following non-City funding from the grantors listed below; and to execute, deliver, and perform, on behalf of The City of Seattle, agreements for the purposes described below. The funds, when received, shall be deposited in the receiving funds identified below to support, or as reimbursement for, the corresponding appropriations set forth in the ordinance introduced as Council Bill 119339.

This is the last element to be installed from the schematic plan. The Jimi Hendrix Park Foundation and Seattle Parks and Recreation are currently working on a MOA to formalize this donation. |

Section 2. Any act consistent with the authority of this ordinance taken after its passage and prior to its effective date is hereby ratified and confirmed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force 30 days after its approval by the Mayor, but if not approved and returned by the Mayor within ten days after presentation, it shall take effect as provided by Seattle Municipal Code Section 1.04.020.
