AN ORDINANCE accepting twenty limited purpose easements for public sidewalk, alley, utility, or street and alley turn-around purposes; placing the real property conveyed by such easements under the jurisdiction of the Seattle Department of Transportation; and ratifying and confirming certain prior acts. (This ordinance concerns the following rights-of-way: the sidewalk adjoining Tilt49, a condominium recorded under Recording Number 20150526000478; the sidewalk adjoining Block 6, A. B.
