BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF SEATTLE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor or the Mayor's designee, the Superintendent of Parks and Recreation, the Director of Finance and Administrative Services, the Director of the Seattle Department of Construction and Inspections, the Director of Transportation, the Fire Chief, and the Chief of Police are authorized to accept the following non-City funding from the grantors listed below, and to execute, deliver, and perform, on behalf of The City of Seattle, agreements for the purposes described below. The funds, when received, shall be deposited in the receiving funds identified below to support, or as reimbursement for, the corresponding appropriations set forth in the ordinance introduced as Council Bill 119156.
