AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance 125561 to rename the plat of “Madrona Glen” to “Madrona Glen Estates”.

WHEREAS, the Seattle City Council passed Ordinance 125561 approving and confirming the plat of “Madrona Glen” in portions of the Southeast 1/2, Southwest 1/4, Section 25 Township 24 North, Range 03 East, W.M. in King County, Washington; and
WHEREAS, the King County Assessor informed Robert Hardy, Managing Member, that the name “Madrona Glen” has already been used as a plat and the plat identified in Ordinance 125561 could not be recorded as currently named; and
WHEREAS, the City of Seattle now seeks to amend the plat name to “Madrona Glen Estates”; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF SEATTLE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance 125561 is amended to rename the plat of “Madrona Glen” as “Madrona Glen Estates.”
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force 30 days after its approval by the Mayor, but if not approved and returned by the Mayor within ten days after presentation, it shall take effect as provided by Seattle Municipal Code Section 1.04.020.
