AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance 125724, which adopted the 2019 Budget, including the 2019-2024 Capital Improvement Program (CIP); revising project allocations for certain projects and adding new projects created in Ordinance 125739 into the 2019-2024 Adopted CIP; and ratifying and confirming certain prior acts; all by a 3/4 vote of the City Council.

WHEREAS, Ordinance 125724, which adopted the 2019-2024 Capital Improvement Program (CIP), had several instances where project allocations changed subsequent to the adoption of the 2019 Budget through Ordinance 125739; and
WHEREAS, this ordinance now replaces certain 2019-2024 Adopted CIP project pages with updated allocations and total project cost; and
WHEREAS, this ordinance does not create new appropriations, or substantively change the 2019-2024 Adopted CIP; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF SEATTLE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The fund allocations for certain Capital Improvement Program (CIP) projects are modified as described in Attachment A to this ordinance, according to the adjustments made in Ordinance 125739, subsequent to passing the 2019-2024 Adopted CIP.
Section 2. The project pages in Attachment B to this ordinance incorporate all CIP fund and resource allocation adjustments made in Ordinance 125739. The project pages, as presented in the attachment, substitute the project pages in the 2019-2024 Adopted CIP with the corresponding CIP Project ID.
Section 3. The project pages included in Attachment C to this ordinance were created through Ordinance 125739 and are now added to the 2019-2024 Adopted CIP.
Section 4. Any act consistent with the authority of this ordinance taken after its passage and prior to its effective date is ratified and confirmed.
Section 5. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force 30 days after its approval by the Mayor, but if not approved and returned by the Mayor within ten days after presentation, it shall take effect as provided by Seattle Municipal Code Section 1.04.020.
