AN ORDINANCE appropriating money to pay certain audited claims for the week of September 23, 2019 through September 27, 2019 and ordering the payment thereof.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF SEATTLE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Payment of the sum of $28,821,223.05 on PeopleSoft 9.2 mechanical warrants numbered 4100249067- 4100251625 plus manual or cancellation issues for claims, E-Payables of $67,907.27 on PeopleSoft 9.2 9100004516- 9100004581 and Electronic Financial Transactions (EFT) in the amount of $52,233,263.46 are presented for ratification by the City Council per RCW 42.24.180.
Section 2. Any act consistent with the authority of this ordinance taken prior to its effective date is hereby ratified and confirmed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force 30 days after its approval by the Mayor, but if not approved and returned by the Mayor within ten days after presentation, it shall take effect as provided by Seattle Municipal Code Section 1.04.020.
