AN ORDINANCE appropriating money to pay certain audited claims for the week of February 7, 2022 through February 11, 2022 and ordering payment thereof.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF SEATTLE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Payment of the sum of $11,917,719.97 on PeopleSoft 9.2 mechanical warrants numbered 4100547407- 4100549257 plus manual or cancellation issues for claims, E-Payables of $54,816.45 on PeopleSoft 9.2 9100011193- 9100011243 and Electronic Financial Transactions (EFT) in the amount of $28,148,589.57 are presented for ratification by the City Council per RCW 42.24.180.
Section 2. Any act consistent with the authority of this ordinance taken prior to its effective date is hereby ratified and confirmed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force 30 days after its approval by the Mayor, but if not approved and returned by the Mayor within ten days after presentation, it shall take effect as provided by Seattle Municipal Code Section 1.04.020.
