WHEREAS, The City of Seattle was awarded various federal grants and other outside funding agreements that require acceptance and execution; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF SEATTLE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Appropriations for the following items in the 2021 Budget are modified as follows:

The Chief of the Seattle Police Department is authorized to accept the following non-City funding from the grantors listed below, and to execute, deliver, and perform agreements for the purposes described below. The funds, when received, shall be deposited in the receiving fund identified below as reimbursement for current appropriations.
