BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF SEATTLE AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. The Easement for Public Sidewalk, granted by 5250 RAINIER, LP, a Washington limited partnership, dated June 19, 2020, and recorded under King County Recording Number 20201105001282, attached as Attachment 1 and incorporated into this ordinance, that conveys and warrants to The City of Seattle, a municipal corporation of the state of Washington, is accepted for public sidewalk purposes.  The conveyance of this easement for public sidewalk purposes is for surface rights of public access only.  5250 RAINIER, LP is responsible for maintenance of the surface and supporting structure of this easement area.  (Right-of-Way File Number: T2018-6B; a portion of tax parcel numbers 148040-0100 and 148040-0105)

Section 2. The Easement for Public Sidewalk, granted by NASH - HOLLAND BOREN & LENORA, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, dated April 16, 2020, and recorded under King County Recording Number 20200521000934, attached as Attachment 2 and incorporated into this ordinance, that conveys and warrants to The City of Seattle, a municipal corporation of the state of Washington, is accepted for public sidewalk purposes.  The conveyance of this easement for public sidewalk purposes is for surface rights of public access only.  NASH - HOLLAND BOREN & LENORA, LLC is responsible for maintenance of the surface and supporting structure of this easement area.  (Right-of-Way File Number: T2020-01; a portion of tax parcel numbers 066000-1475, 066000-1480, and 066000-1485)

Section 3. The Easement for Public Sidewalk, granted by UDPA 4530, LLC, a Washington limited liability company, dated April 5, 2022, and recorded under King County Recording Number 20220418000410, attached as Attachment 3 and incorporated into this ordinance, that conveys and warrants to The City of Seattle, a municipal corporation of the state of Washington, is accepted for public sidewalk purposes.  The conveyance of this easement for public sidewalk purposes is for surface rights of public access only.  UDPA 4530, LLC is responsible for maintenance of the surface and supporting structure of this easement area.  (Right-of-Way File Number: T2021-23C; a portion of tax parcel number 881740-0030)

The Easement for Public Sidewalk, granted by 6556 RAVENNA, LLC, a Washington limited liability company, dated April 12, 2022, and recorded under King County Recording Number 20220413001161, attached as Attachment 4 and incorporated into this ordinance, that conveys and warrants to The City of Seattle, a municipal corporation of the state of Washington, is accepted for public sidewalk purposes.  The conveyance of this easement for public sidewalk purposes is for surface rights of public access only.  6556 RAVENNA, LLC is responsible for maintenance of the surface and supporting structure of this easement area.  (Right-of-Way File Number: T2021-31; a portion of tax parcel number 717370-0664)

The Easement for Public Sidewalk, granted by NINETEENTH AVENUE PROPERTIES, LLC, a Washington limited liability company, dated June 7, 2022, and recorded under King County Recording Number 20220616000972, attached as Attachment 5 and incorporated into this ordinance, that conveys and warrants to The City of Seattle, a municipal corporation of the state of Washington, is accepted for public sidewalk purposes.  The conveyance of this easement for public sidewalk purposes is for surface rights of public access only.  NINETEENTH AVENUE PROPERTIES, LLC is responsible for maintenance of the surface and supporting structure of this easement area.  (Right-of-Way File Number: T2021-43; a portion of tax parcel number 332504-9011)

The Easement for Public Sidewalk, granted by AUGUSTUS BUKOWSKI, a single man, and JOHNATHAN KURTH, and JENNIFER KURTH, husband and wife, dated February 17, 2022, and recorded under King County Recording Number 20220426001154, attached as Attachment 6 and incorporated into this ordinance, that conveys and warrants to The City of Seattle, a municipal corporation of the state of Washington, is accepted for public sidewalk purposes.  The conveyance of this easement for public sidewalk purposes is for surface rights of public access only.  AUGUSTUS BUKOWSKI, JOHNATHAN KURTH, and JENNIFER KURTH are responsible for maintenance of the surface and supporting structure of this easement area.  (Right-of-Way File Number: T2021-49; a portion of tax parcel number 435870-0177)

The Easement for Public Sidewalk, granted by LMCPNW CROWN HILL HOLDINGS, LLC, a Washington limited liability company, dated March 21, 2022, and recorded under King County Recording Number 20220405000919, attached as Attachment 10 and incorporated into this ordinance, that conveys and warrants to The City of Seattle, a municipal corporation of the state of Washington, is accepted for public sidewalk purposes.  The conveyance of this easement for public sidewalk purposes is for surface rights of public access only.  LMCPNW CROWN HILL HOLDINGS, LLC is responsible for maintenance of the surface and supporting structure of this easement area.  (Right-of-Way File Number: T2022-10; a portion of tax parcel numbers 330070-0930, 330070-0935, 330070-0940, 330070-0945, 330070-0955)

Section 11. The Easement for Public Sidewalk, granted by CRE CHEHALIS DEVELOPMENT LLC, a Washington limited liability company, dated March 29, 2022, and recorded under King County Recording Number 20220405000910, attached as Attachment 11 and incorporated into this ordinance, that conveys and warrants to The City of Seattle, a municipal corporation of the state of Washington, is accepted for public sidewalk purposes.  The conveyance of this easement for public sidewalk purposes is for surface rights of public access only.  CRE CHEHALIS DEVELOPMENT LLC is responsible for maintenance of the surface and supporting structure of this easement area.  (Right-of-Way File Number: T2022-11; a portion of tax parcel numbers 332504-9010 and 332504-9057)

The Easement for Public Sidewalk, granted by MADDUX MBH LLLP, a Washington limited liability limited partnership, dated May 17, 2022, and recorded under King County Recording Number 20220623000900, attached as Attachment 12 and incorporated into this ordinance, that conveys and warrants to The City of Seattle, a municipal corporation of the state of Washington, is accepted for public sidewalk purposes.  The conveyance of this easement for public sidewalk purposes is for surface rights of public access only.  MADDUX MBH LLLP is responsible for maintenance of the surface and supporting structure of this easement area.  (Right-of-Way File Number: T2022-14; a portion of tax parcel number 000360-0055)

The Easement for Public Sidewalk, granted by MLK AND OTHELLO QOZB, LLC, a Washington limited liability company, dated May 2, 2022, and recorded under King County Recording Number 20220525000557, attached as Attachment 13 and incorporated into this ordinance, that conveys and warrants to The City of Seattle, a municipal corporation of the state of Washington, is accepted for public sidewalk purposes.  The conveyance of this easement for public sidewalk purposes is for surface rights of public access only.  MLK AND OTHELLO QOZB, LLC is responsible for maintenance of the surface and supporting structure of this easement area.  (Right-of-Way File Number: T2022-19; a portion of tax parcel number 100500-0201)

The Easement for Public Sidewalk, granted by SEATTLE COTTAGE CREATIONS, LLC, a Washington limited liability company, dated July 12, 2022, and recorded under King County Recording Number 20220720000491, attached as Attachment 14 and incorporated into this ordinance, that conveys and warrants to The City of Seattle, a municipal corporation of the state of Washington, is accepted for public sidewalk purposes.  The conveyance of this easement for public sidewalk purposes is for surface rights of public access only.  SEATTLE COTTAGE CREATIONS, LLC is responsible for maintenance of the surface and supporting structure of this easement area.  (Right-of-Way File Number: T2022-22; a portion of tax parcel number 751500-0017)

Section 15. The Easement for Public Sidewalk, granted by 65 S HORTON PROPERTY OWNER, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, dated July 11, 2022, and recorded under King County Recording Number 20220726000198, attached as Attachment 15 and incorporated into this ordinance, that conveys and warrants to The City of Seattle, a municipal corporation of the state of Washington, is accepted for public sidewalk purposes.  The conveyance of this easement for public sidewalk purposes is for surface rights of public access only.  65 S HORTON PROPERTY OWNER, LLC is responsible for maintenance of the surface and supporting structure of this easement area.  (Right-of-Way File Number: T2022-25; a portion of tax parcel number 132730-0015)

Section 16.  The Easement for Public Sidewalk, granted by 1301 31st, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, dated July 19, 2022, and recorded under King County Recording Number 20220720000509, attached as Attachment 16 and incorporated into this ordinance, that conveys and warrants to The City of Seattle, a municipal corporation of the state of Washington, is accepted for public sidewalk purposes.  The conveyance of this easement for public sidewalk purposes is for surface rights of public access only.  1301 31st, LLC is responsible for maintenance of the surface and supporting structure of this easement area.  (Right-of-Way File Number: T2022-26; a portion of tax parcel numbers 690920-0084 and 690920-0085)

Section 17. The Easement for Public Sidewalk, granted by SEA21G, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, dated July 12, 2022, and recorded under King County Recording Number 20220810000471, attached as Attachment 17 and incorporated into this ordinance, that conveys and warrants to The City of Seattle, a municipal corporation of the state of Washington, is accepted for public sidewalk purposes.  The conveyance of this easement for public sidewalk purposes is for surface rights of public access only.  SEA21G, LLC is responsible for maintenance of the surface and supporting structure of this easement area.  (Right-of-Way File Number: T2022-32; a portion of tax parcel number 243320-0070)

The Easement for Public Sidewalk, granted by 1206 NW 47th St, LLC, a Washington limited liability company, dated September 6, 2022, and recorded under King County Recording Number 20220928000438, attached as Attachment 21 and incorporated into this ordinance, that conveys and warrants to The City of Seattle, a municipal corporation of the state of Washington, is accepted for public sidewalk purposes.  The conveyance of this easement for public sidewalk purposes is for surface rights of public access only.  1206 NW 47th St, LLC is responsible for maintenance of the surface and supporting structure of this easement area.  (Right-of-Way File Number: T2022-41; a portion of tax parcel number 686520-0577)

The Easement for Public Sidewalk, granted by CP VII STONE WAY, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, dated May 31, 2023, and recorded under King County Recording Number 20230707000141, attached as Attachment 22 and incorporated into this ordinance, that conveys and warrants to The City of Seattle, a municipal corporation of the state of Washington, is accepted for public sidewalk purposes.  The conveyance of this easement for public sidewalk purposes is for surface rights of public access only.  CP VII STONE WAY, LLC is responsible for maintenance of the surface and supporting structure of this easement area.  (Right-of-Way File Number: T2022-45; a portion of tax parcel number 803370-0100)

Section 23. The Easement for Public Sidewalk, and the Correction Easement for Public Sidewalk, granted by ROSE HOMES LLC, a Washington limited liability company, dated September 22, 2022, and recorded under King County Recording Numbers 20221011000208 and 20231004000644, attached as Attachments 23 and 24 and incorporated into this ordinance, that conveys and warrants to The City of Seattle, a municipal corporation of the state of Washington, are accepted for public sidewalk purposes.  The conveyance of these easements for public sidewalk purposes is for surface rights of public access only.  ROSE HOMES LLC is responsible for maintenance of the surface and supporting structure of this easement area.  (Right-of-Way File Number: T2022-48; a portion of tax parcel number 212470-0490)

Section 24. The Alley Turn-Around Easement, granted by 2100 QUEEN ANNE AVENUE NORTH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, a Washington nonprofit corporation, CG 21 BOSTON LP, a Delaware limited Partnership, as to the Residential Unit, and SAFEWAY, INC., a Delaware corporation, as to the Commercial Unit, dated April 6, 2023, and recorded under King County Recording Number 20230411000774, attached as Attachment 25 and incorporated into this ordinance, that conveys and warrants to The City of Seattle, a municipal corporation of the state of Washington, is accepted for public vehicle turn-around purposes.  The conveyance of this easement for public vehicle turn-around purposes is for surface rights of public access only.  2100 QUEEN ANNE AVENUE NORTH CONDOMINIUM, CG21 BOSTON LP, and SAFEWAY, INC. are responsible for maintenance of the surface and supporting structure of this easement area.  (Right-of-Way File Number: T2022-50; a portion of tax parcel numbers 872711-0010 and 872711-0020)

Section 25. The Signal Pole Easement, granted by US ALLIANCE BROADSTONE NE SEATTLE, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, dated February 3, 2023, and recorded under King County Recording Number 20230223000159, attached as Attachment 26 and incorporated into this ordinance, that conveys and warrants to The City of Seattle, a municipal corporation of the state of Washington, is accepted for constructing, repairing, replacing, and maintaining a traffic signal pole and related equipment.  (Right-of-Way File Number: T2023-11; a portion of tax parcel number 092504-9406)

Section 26.  The real properties conveyed by the attached easements are placed under the jurisdiction of the Seattle Department of Transportation. 

Section 27.  Any act consistent with the authority of this ordinance taken prior to its effective date is ratified and confirmed.

 

 

Section 28. This ordinance shall take effect as provided by Seattle Municipal Code Sections 1.04.020 and 1.04.070.
