A RESOLUTION retiring introduced and referred Council Bills, Resolutions, Clerk Files, and Appointments that have received no further action.

WHEREAS, Council Bills, Resolutions, Clerk Files, and Appointments are introduced and referred to City Council committees throughout the year for sponsorship and action; and
WHEREAS, between January 2018 and February 2024, a number of Council Bills, Resolutions, Clerk Files, and Appointments were introduced with no further action by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, Rule I.A.6 of the General Rules and Procedures of the Seattle City Council allows the City Council to consider the retirement of any Council Bill, Resolution, Clerk File, or Appointment that has been in a standing committee or before the City Council for at least one year prior to March 1; and
WHEREAS, the Council Bills, Resolutions, Clerk Files, and Appointments listed in Attachment 1 to this resolution have been in a committee or before the City Council for at least one year; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEATTLE THAT:
Section 1. The Council Bills, Resolutions, Clerk Files, and Appointments listed in Attachment 1 to this resolution are retired and removed from consideration by the City Council or the assigned committee.
