AN ORDINANCE accepting various deeds for street or alley purposes; laying off, opening, widening, extending, and establishing portions of rights of way; placing the real property conveyed by said deeds under the jurisdiction of the Seattle Department of Transportation; and ratifying and confirming certain prior acts. (This ordinance concerns the following rights of way: the alley in Block 9, University Heights; Northeast 75th Street abutting Block 7, Manor's University Addition to the City of Seattle; the alley in a portion of the Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 4, Township 24 North, Range 4 East, Willamette Meridian, in King County, Washington; the alley in Parcel A and Parcel B, City of Seattle Lot Boundary Adjustment Number 9804296, as recorded under King County Recording Number 19990629900016; the alley in Block 2, Shelton's Addition to the City of Seattle; 11th Avenue Northeast abutting Block 2, Shelton's Addition to the City of Seattle; South Juneau Street abutting Parcels A, B, C, D, E, and F, City of Seattle Short Subdivision Number 9804566, as recorded under King County Recording Number 20000329900010, and Parcel H, City of Seattle Short Subdivision Number 9804571, as recorded under King County Recording Number 199812089007; the alley in Block 78, Denny & Hoyt's Supplemental Plat; the alley in Block 52, Second Addition to the Town of Seattle as laid off by the Heirs of Sarah A.
