AN ORDINANCE relating to City employment, commonly referred to as the Third Quarter 2020 Employment Ordinance; returning positions to the civil service system; and establishing a new title and corresponding rate of pay; all by a 2/3 vote of the City Council.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF SEATTLE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Returning eight positions from exempt to non-exempt Civil Service status. As recommended by the Seattle Human Resources Director in the Classification Determination Report specified, the following positions are returned to Civil Service:
A. One filled position (10005833) in Office of Planning and Community Development, Strategic Advisor 3, General Government (Report #19-17380)
B. One vacant position (10006886) in Office for Civil Rights, Strategic Advisor 1, General Government (Report #20-17687)
C. One vacant position (10006981) in Department of Education and Early Learning, Management Systems Analyst, Senior (Report #19-17569)
D. One vacant position (10006923) in Finance and Administrative Services, Strategic Advisor, 2, Information Technology (Report #20-17688)
E. One vacant position (10006835) in Office of Arts and Culture, Planning and Development Specialist, Senior (Report #20-17708)
F. One filled position (10005222) in Seattle Department of Transportation, Information Technology Professional B-BU (Report #19-17427)
G. One filled position (10003513) in Seattle Department of Transportation, Strategic Advisor 1, General Government (Report #19-17203)
