AN ORDINANCE relating to the Construction and Land Use Fund; adding a new Section 22.202.070 to the Seattle Municipal Code.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF SEATTLE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. A new Section 22.202.070 is added to the Seattle Municipal Code as follows:
22.202.070 Transfers
Monies deposited in the accounts established in Sections 22.202.050 and 22.202.060 may be transferred by ordinance to other funds for purposes other than purposes listed in Sections 22.202.050 and 22.202.060.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force 30 days after its approval by the Mayor, but if not approved and returned by the Mayor within ten days after presentation, it shall take effect as provided by Seattle Municipal Code Section 1.04.020.
