A RESOLUTION adopting Statements of Legislative Intent (SLIs) for the 2016 Adopted Budget and 2016-2021 Adopted Capital Improvement Program (CIP).

WHEREAS, the City Council of The City of Seattle reviewed the 2016 Proposed Budget and 2016-2021 Proposed Capital Improvement Program (CIP); and
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted a budget and CIP for 2016 through Ordinance 124927; and
WHEREAS, in order to indicate the intent of the City Council in adopting the 2016 Budget and 2016-2021 CIP, the Council adopted the attached Statements of Legislative Intent (SLIs); and
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted and filed Clerk File 314332, which contains preliminary versions of SLIs for the 2016 Adopted Budget and the 2016-2021 Adopted CIP; and
WHEREAS, Clerk File 314332 states that in the case of a conflict between the version of an SLI in the Clerk File and the version adopted in this resolution, the latter controls; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEATTLE, THE MAYOR CONCURRING, THAT:
Section 1. The Council adopts the Statements of Legislative Intent for the 2016 Adopted Budget and the 2016-2021 Adopted Capital Improvement Program, contained in Attachment A (2016 Statements of Legislative Intent (SLI) by Council Committee) to this resolution.
