BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF SEATTLE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor or the Mayor's designee, the City Attorney, the Fire Chief, the Chief of Police, the City Librarian, the Superintendent of Parks and Recreation, and the General Manager & Chief Executive Officer of Seattle Public Utilities are authorized to accept the following non-City funding from the grantors listed below; and to execute, deliver, and perform, on behalf of The City of Seattle, agreements for the purposes described below. The funds, when received, shall be deposited in the receiving funds identified below to support future appropriations, or in support of, or as reimbursement for, the corresponding appropriations set forth in the ordinance introduced as Council Bill 119720.
