BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF SEATTLE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Directors of the Human Services Department, Law Department, Executive Department, Seattle Department of Transportation, Seattle Information and Technology Department, the Superintendent of Seattle Parks and Recreation, the Fire Chief, and the Police Chief are authorized to accept the following non-City funding from the grantors listed below; and to execute, deliver, and perform, on behalf of The City of Seattle, agreements for the purposes described below. The funds, when received, shall be deposited in the receiving funds identified below to support future appropriations, or in support of, or as reimbursement for, the corresponding appropriations set forth in the ordinance introduced as Council Bill 120451
