AN ORDINANCE accepting various deeds for street or alley purposes; laying off, opening, widening, extending, and establishing portions of rights of way; placing the real property conveyed by said deeds under the jurisdiction of the Seattle Department of Transportation; and ratifying and confirming certain prior acts. (This ordinance concerns the following rights of way: the alley in Block 5, Sorenson's Addition to the City of Seattle; Eastlake Avenue East abutting Block 8, T. J. Carle's Supplemental Plat of Block Eight of D. T. Denny's 2nd Addition of North Seattle; Klickitat Avenue Southwest abutting Block 408, Seattle Tidelands; Klickitat Avenue Southwest, 13th Avenue Southwest, and 16th Avenue Southwest abutting Block 401, Seattle Tide Lands; the alley in Block 5, Sorenson's Addition to the City of Seattle; the alley in Block 29, Town of Seattle, as laid out by D.
